Don't use these administrators you will regret it

Beyond pathetic at debt administration. They are very quick to attend to putting you under review but pathetically slow to attend to the actual administration of your accounts and then when you out of your own volition pay up your debt they are absolutely PATHETIC in providing a clearance letter to your attorneys when you request a clearance letter to have the review order lifted. DONT use them they fail to administer accounts have a billion excuses and what they couldn't do in 5 yrs I did on my own with creditors in 2. I will be lodging a complaint through the ombudsman about their failure to adhere to regualtory requirements in issuing a clearance certificate as well as their pathetic account administration.
