Don't trust when they say you won't have to worry about your debt anymore

I am so unhappy with the service I am getting from this company I am in utter disbelief. People tell you that if you need help and know you cannot afford all of your debt, contact these people, they will ensure you never have a problem again. Funny, they take my money every month, but I am still being threatened by Wesbank, and Debt Rescue just pull up their shoulders, pay what Wesbank says.

I am under debt review, have signed acceptance from all creditors, including Wesbank. Since the debt review started they have changed my statement, it does not show a single payment from the debt review, in fact, suddenly my statement shows ZERO transactions aside from the balance just increasing. I paid over R7000.00 in September that Wesbank claimed I owed them, this is over and above the debt review. now I am being accosted and threatened again, Wesbank again claiming that I owe them over R6000.00 when I paid the arrears and I pay my debt review every month. I have now been told that I have to pay the R6000+ on top of my debt review - do your math, single income, single parent, R13000.00 a month to survive on, just under R5000.00 for debt review, how am I supposed to survive??? I have a child with an incurable, life threatening disease who needs to go to a government hospital because I cannot afford his treatments.

If Debt Rescue cannot help me, as promised/guaranteed, then I need to know what to do or where to go that I actually matter and will be heard.
