Dont sign up with Debt rescue - worst service

I have been on debt review since end of 2018 and my Debt Counsellor is never available neither is my debt less then what it should be! I seem to be paying every month but the total amount is never getting reduced how can I be under debt review for 10yrs it doesnt make sense. I need someone to update my schedule to date and let me know whats really going on. I have updated my email address with them which they suppose to update with Idpa but they havent and still sending emails to my work address!

Extremely upset and stressed that I signed up with Debt Rescue. Worst Mistake ever.
