Don't expect service

<p>In one of the Debt Rescue document the following statement is made: "To ensure that you always receive a response to your query within 48 hours, please send all future queries to always receive a response to your query within 48 hours, please send all future queries to ********** or contact our call centre on ********** , and our customer services agents will provide you with expert assistance and advice., or contact our call centre on ********** , and our customer services agents will provide you with expert assistance and advice."</p> <p> </p> <p>What a load of ****!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Up to now I still need to experience the "response to your query within 48 hours". I have logged several queries with their ********** mail service and call centre. After seven days of not receiving any response, I sent a message to their Complaints department. Did I get a response within 48 hours??? No!!</p> <p>We are on three days now (72 hours if you cannot do the math Debt Rescue) and still no response. Maybe the questions I asked are too hard, but at least then say so. Or maybe my business is not big enough for you, but at least then say so. </p> <p>Debt Rescue has the worst customer service ever. Even the government departments give better service!!</p> <p>Thanks for nothing Debt Rescue........</p>
