DO not use DEBT RESCUE. There are other options.

Stay away from Debt Rescue. They will destroy your name. As an small company owner, Level 5 lock down nearly forced my company to close down. I was already under debt review, and informed Debt rescue that I can no longer pay my accounts. I received a section 17.3 which I completed with all the supporting documents. A few weeks down the line, I received a mail from Debt rescue stating that my debt review process has been terminated due to non payment. After a huge fight, I was informed the termination were an error and was rectified. Last week various collection agencies started to call me. The 17.3 document were never received and the creditors decided to terminate the debt review process. Now I have to make new arrangements with the debt collectors as debt rescue simply do not care. No one replies to my mails. No one answers their phones. I am ruined and no one even cares to assist. I really dont know what to do anymore and Debt Rescue do not even answers their calls. What now??
