Do not trust this company!
Don’t trust these people with your money. They will over pay your accounts and make you wait months to even get some information. 5 months and counting now and I still have not received my refund of R1700 which they overpaid on my account.
What they will do is tell you that they will take your money early in December. They are very good at organising that. They will not however assist you in getting your own money back.
They will promise answers and give you the catchphrase of “we’ll sort this out as soon as possible” but it never happens. Another favourite line is “we will call you with feedback before the close of business”.
Close of business was 5 MONTHS AGO!!!
This is not a consumer friendly company. AVOID
