Do not go with this people they do not help you, even after all your debts are paid

been 3 months since iv paid off all my debt yet they still cannot provide me with my clearance certificate, every time there is some excuse and doesn't seem like there back office does their job at all. No enquires or updates on debts paid and they never enquire to get paid up letters, all my paid up letters i had to source myself.
