Do not ever ever use this company
This is now review number 10 for this joke of a company. First of all the ratings with green stars are ratings that the consultants ask the clients to complete after a query. This is if they can help with a query. Second of all I have been complaining about this company for almost 9 months now and still did not get any feedback or assistance regarding my queries. The only thing that they tell you is that they will get back to you

04 Nov 2021, 14:41Why is it that someone only contacts when a complaint is launched? After this message, someone did call me back and asked how they can assist. When I explained to them that there are more than 60 emails regarding my query and it has been since March they did not know what was going on??
