Distributed funds disappear
After closing one of the accounts I requested that the funds not distributed to the closed account and distributed to my bond. This was not done and now the money has just disappeared.
I requested debt rescue to help investigate this but there is no help at all and they promised to refund me now they are ignoring me.
I wound not recommend it as they do not take their clients seriously and they do not care to check that the funds are distributed correctly.
I would advise everyone under them to check and ensure that what ever they claim to have distributed reflects on the respective accounts.
Its a year since i complained about this and now they are ignoring me.
