Dissatisfied Customer.

Hi,

I’m formally expressing my deep dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received thus far. Since March, I have made numerous attempts to get feedback regarding my dispute with the interest rate agreed upon with one of my creditors. Despite these efforts, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution from your side.

The interest rate in question appears to be in direct violation of the NCR’s "in duplum" rule, and this has serious implications for my debt restructuring process. I expected your team, as professionals in this space, to be fully aligned with regulatory guidelines and to act in my best interest, which, to date, has not been the case.

If this matter cannot be rectified urgently, I request that you inform me immediately so I can explore the option of transferring to another debt review company that is better equipped to manage my affairs in accordance with the law.
