Dissapointing lack of feedback and poor customer service.

After paying all my accounts with debtrescue and requesting debtrescue to stop the debit order and they confirming the debit order has been stopped, the debot order still went off. Luckily no funds, bit bank charges. And then debtrescue immidiaty put their lawyers onto me. After sending all the proof of payments debt rescue still constructed a new payment agreement. Debt rescue is not andwering any of my complaints and are totally quiet. I have instructed debtrescue nu.erous times to remove me from debt councelling and to give me feedback on the process, but no reply or feedback given. Due to this total lack of service and the nevermindedness that this company illustrates, I would strongly discourage anybody from using this company. You spend many years paying off debts and then when it comes to closing it off, debt rescue is not interested in closing the account.
