Dismal service

I'm disgusted by lack of feedback that this firm is failing to provide me.

I made a query about four months ago. The query was about discrepancy between the instalments amounts paid by Hyphen distribution agency and one of my creditors. I made numerous follow-ups without any response received from their side. If and when they decided to entertain my problem, they'd ask for statements and I'd send them statements as requested, but they never bother to justify the differences in instalments. The best explanations I received thus far are that their Telephony were not working and they couldn't call nor email me as a result.

What I find funny is that when I voluntarily offered to increase monthly instalments some months ago, they were so quick to jump to this proposal, got response within a day or two, but when I enquire about something I am happy with, they decide to sit on the problem hoping it'll disappear. That's not a good way to treat paying customers.

I've been weighing my options for couple of days now. I would definitely discourage anyone who's thinking of using their services.
