Disgustingly poor customer service

I had no idea of the ramifications i would face by putting my trust into this company as a young individual , I put my full trust into the company and process in hopes of seeing financial freedom which is their promise. However all i have faced is ongoing stress and forever increasing totals. I have a loan with FNB and it has literally quadrupled since inception from R110K to now R415K and after 3 years of begging for help and resolution, countless emails that don't get responded to for months at a time, finally i was told the continuous increase is correct, I was told its the interest and it is what it is. So they do not look after you best interests or properly negotiate on your behalf upfront. Its clear they do not actively manage your profile/portfolio as the statements I receive from my creditors are no where near the same as their IPDA statement or online portal as my creditor is saying the new balance is R415K and their totals show a figure of half of that amount. I have escalated on numerous occasions and even then it falls on deaf ears. If this is the #1 debt review company in the country, there is no hope for future struggling consumers
