Disgusting treatment

At the end of August 2022, I app**** for the debt review process at Debt Rescue. At that time I felt that I could no longer manage my debt and needed assistance. From the start my application process up until now has been distasteful.

I received a proposal of installment of R4256.00 a month , my first installment was debited on the 25th September 2022. Bearing in mind not all my debt was included in this installment. 2 payday loans I have to pay off on my own because they did not appear on my credit bureau. I made arrangements with the 2 companies and am going to pay them off seperately.

Last Friday I received an email stating that my installemnt is now going to increase by R1700 because of counter offers , one of which is Wesbank. I was told Wesbank refuses to decrease interest rates for clients under debt review and their interest rate will remain the same therefore their installment has to increase. And the email had a very "threatening tone" stating that if I do not agree my debt review process will be cancelled.

2nd concern , I had previously advised that I only have 1 loan with ALoan which is a payday loan company , but there is 2 loans listed and 2 installments listed which is incorrect. This specific company only allows you to have 1 loan at time, I have taken it up with Debt rescue , today a proposal has been sent to me and still the same error is on the proposal.

Firstly, I feel that your company is unprofessional , you dont care about the people coming to you for help and you think you have the rite to judge because of peoples financial situations
