DISGUSTING SERVICE! EVERYTHING GOES WELL UNTIL ITS TIME FOR CONSUMER TO EXIT
Terrible customer service! You have to beg them to answer any of your queries. Supposedly the 'BEST' in the business. Waiting for a simple response to requesting a clearance and ensuring my debit is cancelled as all my creditors are paid up. It's been 10 days and I got no response despite literally 10 emails and phone calls. Delay tactics in order to get more money from you. DISGUSTING!!!!
