Disgusting service and professionalism

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from this company, particularly from a consultant named Rejoice.

Initially, Rejoice informed me that my account would be debited on a specific date. However, this did not occur. When I followed up, I was informed that the debit would occur on a different date and that if it was unsuccessful, I would need to make an EFT payment, which I agreed to.

To my surprise, I discovered that my services had been suspended without my knowledge. Despite having email confirmation of the arrangement, I was given conflicting information over the phone. Rejoice advised me to hold the line for escalation to a manager, but after a long wait, the call was disconnected.

Subsequent attempts to reach out for assistance were unsuccessful, despite making over five calls. I am deeply disappointed by Rejoice's unprofessional behavior, as she provided contradictory information via email and phone.

This experience has left me with a negative impression of this company's customer service and professionalism. I am utterly disgusted
