Disgusted Client of 7 Years +
I have been a client of Debt Rescue since March 2018 (more than 7 years). The court granted me a restructuring order to pay off my accounts in 7 years. All the relevant information was supp**** regarding the accounts. I have been diligently repaying the amounts specified by the court order.
I have been trying to ad infinitum to get feedback or rather to speak to senior management /CEO with regards to my issue, but to no avail!
My issue is that they refuse to issue me with a clearance certificate on my fully paid debt review. They now allege that I still owe FNB R41000? This specific account is noted on my PDA statement and shows on the last statement that the account is fully paid up to date (Zero balance)? I received an email from the clearance department, that it is my responsibility to settle the outstanding amount with FNB before they will issue a clearance certificate? How can I pay another R41K, if the account was settled?
Did Debt Rescue failed to adhere to the court order for payment? Where did the money go that shows disbursed to FNB?
I checked my Experian Credit report and it shows NO default payment up until today for FNB?!
I spoke to the debt review department of FNB and sent them a mail, as per their request. To date I have also not received feedback from them?
What do I need to do to have it sorted?
An apology will not suffice!
Debt Rescue you need to do your job or at least teach the principle of client service to your staff. I have been doing the work myself, contacting you, e-mailing you, using your contact page & whatsapp! Always the same. Either no reply or " your complaint is escalated" Then the wait starts again. This seems to be the trend!
Please come to the party and do your bit!
We deeply regret the frustration you are experiencing and want to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. We understand how stressful it must be, especially after being a loyal client since 2018 and now facing challenges regarding your clearance certificate and the alleged outstanding FNB balance.
Please be assured that your complaint has been escalated to our senior management team for urgent investigation and resolution. Customer service is critical to us, and we are committed to giving this matter our full attention to ensure clarity and feedback as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience and will be in touch directly to provide further updates.
Kind regards
Marlize
