Disgusted and disappointed

I volentary signed up/joined a year a go, and since every few months my monthly payments have just been increasing, I informed them i simply cannot afford this proposed amount, they did not care, they dis not attempt to help me, to them i am just a number, the court date has been moved numerous time, they do not communicate internally with one another, its really just been a horrible experience. And i emailed them about my dissatisfaction and no response and no care in the world about my complaint and experience, oh well NCR agrees with me at least as i have tried to resolve this internally.
