Debt rescue can not assist me further with regard to re structuring my debt, After instalments was not paid to my suppliers and I ended up with four judgements on my name. Payments were made to incorrect account numbers. I called in asking for assistance and Shelly who Marlize put me through to for assistance clearly said sorry we can not help, and the court order stands the same. So if I was indebted by as per the court order and my debt increases by three times the amount how does that court order serve to be correct. I have contacted various other debt councillors who seem to give me totally different feed back compared to what I just received. Carlos I spoke to Marlize who advised me that the 3 month relief can only be done if I am unemployed or on maternity leave. How do I sort my problem out as I had to take accommodation which was more expensive due to debt rescue failure of landing me with four judgements on my name.
