Disappointing & Frustrating service from Debt Rescue

<p>I've been with debt rescue for the last 2 and a half years, at first their service was great, suddenly, they've become rather oblivious to emails and getting a response has suddenly become a lengthy process. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid up all my accounts and received my clearance certificates but there are funds for my creditors that are owing to me, I'm not talking about small amounts, it's in the region of R2000.00 +!</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime you either call or email, they get 10 different people responding to you after days and they are highly confused, I'm sick and tired of this bull, when it's time to take money from consumers, it's done at the blink of an eye but when a consumer needs assistance, you guys turn a blind eye, Debt Rescue in conjunction with Hyphen PDA ensures that their fees are taken but will not acknowledge that they are sitting with thousands of rands of your money.</p> <p> </p> <p>It shouldn't be my job to be phoning creditors and asking for paid up letters etc, you guys take a fee. </p> <p>I want feedback about my refunds, I have furnished you people with paid up letters, sms confirmations, statements reflecting refunds. </p> <p> </p> <p>Wake up!!##</p>
