Disappointed in the lack of service

All my debt is paid up. It has taken over two months after settling all my accounts and nothing have been done.

I had to get all the paid up letters myself. After sending them said letters numerous time they still haven't done anything. Today after 2 + months they email FNB to het the settlement letter which I have emailed to them 4 times.

I honestly don't actually know what I paid for seeing as I have handle everything myself anyway.

You can't get hold of them on the phone. I spent about 20 minutes this morning listening to hold music without actually speaking to a person. This is not the first time this has happened. NO ONE bothers to answer a call.

I absolutely disappointed in the lack of service.
