Disappointed and Disgusted by service

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service that we receive from Debt Rescue. I have to check up on things with them all the time and now the debit order went off on the 25.02.2023 but no money has been paid to any of our accounts. I have queried this by sending various emails, logged a complaint with Debt Rescue, numerous phone calls and NOTHING.. No response. How can this be right? What are they doing? Where is our money? And to make things worse, we started off with an ABSA account, I owed just over R10k, and now 5 years later, I owe ABSA, R17k.... Can somebody please explain this to me? I need answers...
