Disappointed
I have been a client with Debt Rescue for about 3 years now, and whilst my experience has been mostly positive (in the beginning mostly), I have to say the client services is seriously lacking. It takes 3 days for them to assign a query and then still no one contacts you unless you harass them. This has happened on many occasions, - else Id just have written it off to an isolated incident. Terribly disappointed in the blatant disregard for clients :(
