Disappointed

I decided to opt for Debt Rescue in order for my family regain control. I contacted Debt Rescue and was put in touch with Greg Best. He explained the process to me and although I was hesitant at first I decided to take the plunge. I completed all the documents, change my bank account as instructed and forwarded all necessary information to Debt Rescue. I was assured that all my debit orders were stopped. I have asked many times for the response from upon receiving the legal letter from Debt Rescue. Nobody there can give me an answer. On the 24th I received another email requesting tons more paperwork. They are now requesting my wifes Information. My wife is not under debt review. I am. Today I see my previous bank tried to take money out of my new bank account. I have never given them my new banking details nor permission to debit any amount. A Bernice told me she would look into it and I have still not heard back from her. I feel that I have been lead down the garden path. I now have to pay penalties for the bounced debit order.
