Desbt rescue misleading

I am really disappointed at how my case was handled, I requested a withdrawal because I was unhappy however i did not receive a withdrawal letter..I then called and sent emails with no response

I am stuck because my profile still shows that I am under debt review even though I am not

I would advise people to be very careful and not sign their lives away when they need help.
