DEPT RESCUE AND IDPA TOOK MONEY THAT DID NOT BELONG TO THEM AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 7 WORKING DAYS TO FEED MY FAMILY!!!!!

I would love to give Dept rescue a 0 score but that is impossible!!! My account was debited twice with a huge amount, and I cannot get any answers out of anybody at Dept rescue!!! All they keep on telling me is that I need to be patient and wait. I wonder if they understand that I have a family to feed and other dept to pay and they just don't care!!! After calling them since Friday the 7th I don't know what to do anymore!!! This is my money, and it was taken legally from my account!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MONEY THAT WAS NOT THERES TO TAKE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! Dept Rescue is blaming IDPA for this mistake, and I am not allowed to contact IDPA regarding my refund, so how do you get answers????? I am frustrated and in tears most of the time because I trusted them to make life easier for me, but this is not the case at all.
