Delayed Service

The service I have been receiving from Debt Rescue has way been substandard. From February 2021, while trying to get the creditors amounts so I could pay off the outstanding amounts, the process has been very slow. Eventually in May after visiting their offices in Kempton park, a lady by the name of Chanelle was trying to help. All accounts sent to me as outstanding were settled. Chanelle advised of the outstanding paid up letters that she was still waiting for i.e. Direct Axis, African Bank and Adcon. Those were sent to her Mid July already. Yesterday the 02/08/2021, I waited on the line for 20minues before I could talk to a lady by the name of Doris. At 11:30, she advised that she was still checking the system and will send me an email which she did not. I call again at 15:15 to hold for another 20 min, then she told me that she could not find some of the paid up letters... which I do not know how, because as far as the communication from Chanelle, the only outstanding paid up letters were sent to her. At 16:29, another lady called from the Debt Rescue offices, and promised to get back to me within 30 min, which she did not.

This has been the most frustrating and annoying experience I have received from the company. I have been treated as though someone is making a favor for me. there has not been any sense of urgency from February. We are approaching another February, without this matter being resolved. This is delaying our livelihood as we cannot commit to any financial freedom. We are held at ransom by the Debt rescue for their delaying techniques.
