Delayed funeral due to delayed withdrawal form

On the 11th of July 2023 spoke to Matshidiso Shwathledi where I was told. Y debt review was suspended in 2019 and they will send me the suspended letter since she can't open it on her system. On the 11 July 2023 again I spoke to Lucy Davids where she also said she can't open the firm but she will send the request and I will receive it on my email. On the 18th again I contacted client care where I spoke to Lavern Jaftha where she sent a request to M Makgatle for the withdrawal form anf it was marked urgent. But still nothing In. Y email. My life is stuck now due to this firm. Was suppose to be having burial for my sister this weekend but due to this delay the buri6is postponed. Today morning I spoke to Bonolo and she promised to call me after 5 minutes but she did not even bother to call. What is that i need to do to get assistance from this company since this is very inconvenience for me and my family
