Deirdre - SHE IS THE BEST

There's lady called Deirdre. She has always kept her promise. I know her name because every time she answers the phone, she introduces herself, and I can always hear that she says it with a smile. Most of the time when I called it would be because I am angry, frustrated and annoyed, but whenever I hear her, I know she will make it better. Please do no be mistake by my rating, I am not rating the Company, I am rating the person. Whenever she would transfer the call and it goes back to her, if she says I will find you someone, she has always done that. Sometimes she would even call me back to check if someone have called me. I have never dealt with someone who makes sooooo much effort for customer satisfaction, even myself I do not do it. Thank you Deirdre for all your hard work, I hope Debt Rescue recognizes your effort and properly compensate you for it. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
