DECEIVING COMPANY

I have just read the review Deceving Service,the writer is correct ,I am in the same situation with is this company and it's not right. They trap you as you are vulnerable.We were left hanging as long as they were debting my account. They told me the first 3 months was for their cost and on the 4 month the money will go our creditors.i did not realize they were still charging us their fees every month and they failed to tell us this and i question this with their legal department who could not give me an answer. Cellia and her section head Leonie does not return calls or emails. I managed to pay most of my creditors last month and up to date no word about the credit, they still waiting. I have only 3 accounts which come to R5300 but now they asking for R6800.I asked their legal where they come up with this he says he will have find out??Please don't get trapped by this company, you will be worked off
