DebtRescue - No customer service and no aftercare for your R700 + aftercare monthly fee

I sent an email 4 days ago and followed up numerious times, yet I have not received one single email or telephone call to date.

Debt Rescue is quick to take your money and also for the aftercare fees of R700 + but when you actually need the aftercare customer service there is no one to assist you.

This is the case with most companies in this country and it saddens me that you first need to trough a tantrum or write a bad review before you get the customer service that you are paying for.

This is totally unacceptable and I do not recommend them at all, they claim to be No 1, well I beg to differ and if they are supposedly no 1 then I don't even want to know what the rest of these debt review companies are like.
