Good day.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Please note, once the power of attorneys has been signed the Debt Counsellor will proceed with the application  and the NCR will be updated that you have app**** for debt review and process has started. 17.1 was issued   - to advise the creditors of the application for debt review and they have responded with Certificate of balances on your accounts17.2 B was issued and you were declared over indebted. Should you voluntary withdraw from the debt review process a 17.W will be issued. As per the rules and regulation of the NCR, there is 2 options to get the flag removed : 1 – All debt to be paid in full and paid up letters to be forwarded to us that we can issue a clearance certificate -  This does not include a bond account but the bond must be up to date for the clearance to be issued2 -  You can appoint an attorney to take an application to court to declare you no longer over indebted,  Once this has been granted you can forward the order to us to update the NCR system We must abide by the rules and regulations of the NCR and court hearing outcomes pertaining to debt review.
