Debt review flag

My name is Adolphus Mkhonza and i have just read Marika W's review, and i think its the only way to get Debt Resque to get up and resolve an issue, I started with them in 2016 and it was supposed to have ended in 2019 but towards the end in 2019, when all was almost done the payments were supposed to go down as per the process they tell their clients, but that's not what happened from R483.15 last month then the next month R1258.25 then the next month R2485.50, then I stopped the debit orders and tried to find out, could never get hold of them and when i went to the creditors to my surprise nothing had been paid in the last 4 months of them increasing the instalments they paid nothing.
