I sent my request in the middle of the night on Sunday and by 08:00 Monday morning Angelene Spies had phoned, emailed and WhatsApp me, what a swift response to my enquiry, she was so efficient and explained everything to me so clearly, by end of business, same day, my worries were put to rest.
