Debt Review does not care about their customers

I have been waiting for a reply from Debt Rescue since 28 Jan. They do not reply to emails at all. I want to know when my debt review will end as almost all but our house is paid off. This is not the first time I struggle to get any feedback, this is what they do. You pay them money to help you but they take your money and do not deliver any service. We have had countless issues with debtors that were paid off but we still keep paying Debt Review. They just ignore all communication. I would really like to end this relationship that is completely one sided. I am so very disappointed with their lack of service and communication. They do not care about their customers at all.
