Debt resque....???? Definitely not!!!!!

NO GO!!! Vary loooooong story short, I paid all my account and when confirming paid up letters recived at debt resque another acc would be in question this happend to me 3 times! I was told 10 days for clearance certification it took 21 days i spent airtime almost 2 hours for this. Had to speak to a teamleader / superviser that also told me they would get back to me yesterday not today ive asked vary nicely that im running against time explained the situation to them and it took Debt resque a VARY LONG time to resolve! They have cost me in ways that might effect not only me but my whole family no thank you!!!! I will not be referring you guys to anybody you have failed me! I recieved my certified clearance certificate today only after i phoned them again to remind them i should have had it yesterday if not the 11 th of November 2020 as it was promised...thankfull to be finished with you Debt resque.
