Debt Rescue's failure to provide clearnace certificate timeously

I have had good service from Debt Rescue until it came to getting my clearance certificate. It has been almost six months now and I still don't have a clearance certificate! I've been following up regularly and every time I get a different excuse. Do not use Debt Rescue - they are good to assist while they are getting their fees but renders appalling service once all debts have been paid.
