Debt Rescue's consistent lack of communication

I am disappointed by the level of service provided by Debt Rescue. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for communication is deeply concerning. It is disheartening that one must practically plead for a follow-up on any inquiries made.

Upon signup Debt Rescue shows prompt responsiveness and a commendable willingness to assist. However, once enrolled, the quality of communication plummets. As paying clients under debt review, we rightfully expect consistent and effective communication from our service provider.

I have all email exchanges which proves my grievances, justifies a formal complaint to the NCR. On 11 January 2024, I initially sought assistance from Debt Rescue due to significant financial and job-related changes. Regrettably, it wasn't until 14 February 2024 that I received a definitive response. Despite promptly submitting the required documents on this date, there was no acknowledgment or update from Debt Rescue.

Furthermore, I diligently adhered to their instructions, submitting additional supporting documents on 4 April 2024, to inform my creditors of the necessity for a three-month grace period, as mutually agreed with Debt Rescue. The commencement date for this grace period was 26 April 2024. Today being 24 April 2024, 2 days before my grace period was to start, I have received no communication whatsoever from Debt Rescue. This leaves me in a state of distress, unsure of how to navigate my financial obligations.

To anyone considering Debt Rescue please exercise caution. While they excel in initial responsiveness, their commitment to service significantly diminishes thereafter. In moments of dire need and helplessness they are unable to assist you, its been 3 months and I could not get any help.

To the respondent reading this please don’t reply with your standard reply "It is never our intention to cause you any frustration." The frustration stems directly from the failure to uphold effective communication with your clients.
