Debt rescue/Hyphen?

May i get someone to help me as no one from your offices can. i paid up a loan mid February, i advised that i had paid and that when the hyphen payment goes through that specific loan should be excluded. It wasn't and Nedbank was paid for a loan i paid up. i reversed the hyphen debit order as i was going to pay R1300 on a paid up loan!!!

Now i am told that i should pay back hyphen the R1300 and nedbank is telling me they dont have that amount. I have been speaking to Mpho from Debt rescue who told me that Nedbank will refund me that money.

When i call Nedbank they tell me they dont have that amount, but hyphen/debtrescue is saying they have paid it over??

i cant be paying this kind of money!
