Debt Rescue worst service ever!

Worst service ever!! If you ever think of using Debt Rescue, think twice! The service was excellent up to an until I received the court order, after that no service at all. The agreed amount was deducted from my bank account every month and April last year they stopped paying my Nedbank loan. I only realized that when I requested settlement letters in September last year. Nedbank told me that my account was handed over to debt collectors. I have paid up all of my debts in September 2020. I have been calling and sending emails requesting assistance to get a clearance certificate. Since September all I've heard was that they are waiting for settlement letters which I have provided numerous times already but they keep on telling me it will take 5 to 10 days. You get nowhere when you make phone calls to them, sending emails to their complaints department doesn't help either. I am so frustrated and I also want to know what happened to the money that was deducted for Nedbank, which was not paid to Nedbank. Debt Rescue you owe me money and your service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life!!!!!
