DEBT RESCUE: Worst service company
Debt Rescue is probably the worst debt counselor that ever existed. Their service is TERRIBLE - they are very eager to get you as a client and then they disappear. They love taking your money and then keeping you in the dark. You can send 100 emails with no reply, phone without anyone answering. Promises are empty and you have NO idea what is going on with your accounts or what is happening with the money you pay.
I paid all my accounts, but never received a clearance certificate from them - that after asking/requesting it multiple times. At the moment, I am honestly at a loss - I cannot get credit and they completely ignore me.
STAY AWAY FROM USING THEM EVER.

I am still begging for a clearance certificate from them. After speaking to them (via email and always a different consultant) they then told me, I still need 3 paid up letters before they can grant me a clearance certificate - I spent 2 hours on the phone to get these letters (I am sure this is/was their responsibility, seeing I paid them thousands to help).
I then provided the 3 letters to them and now I receive no answer to emails and if I try and call, I can never get through to the consultant that helped me initially - every time she will phone me back, but never does. I NEED TO GET ON WITH MY LIFE AND REALLY DID MY PART IN PAYING OFF DEBT FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS.
Consultant name - stay away from her if you can:
