Debt Rescue Worst Customer Service

I have been fighting for last 4 years to get my clearance Certificate. No assistance from their side, every 3 months they contact me for paid up letters, but they are in posetion of it all. Everytime i have to phone them and the buck gets passed. They sell the service that you are not to deal with the institutions but they themselves ask you the client to do all the work.

Worst place ever to try and get assistance.

Nobody is in office, and when you ask them to phone you back it never happens. *Worst customer services.*
