Debt Rescue - unhelpful and *********

Debt Rescue is great and very helpful to sign a person up to get the business but when it comes to them actually doing there job for which you pay a monthly care fee for they are useless, no one gives you actually answers. I paid my last payment end of May 2021 and it is almost 4 months later and I still can not get my clearance certificate which is suppose to happen within 10 days. They did not even have to do anything, I got all the paid up letters myself and emailed it to them, now all of a sudden there is an issue due to 1 account that has outstanding balance due to interest that they did not follow up with and check correct balances when payments were been distributed and confirm balances. I keep getting it is with management but no answer, why should I have to now pay this when this is an error by them, is this not the reason we pay monthly care fees. No 1 debt review company they are not they make all these promises but do not deliver on anything they say and if you are using them please please go and check your balances and keep track of everything do not leave it in there hands and assume that everything is correct.
