Debt rescue unbelievable poor service
I did log a complaint on this platform mid January 2021.. Just empty promises and nothing constructive happened. It is clear to me thst the one hand does not know what the other one is doing.. Apparently the problem has been escalated for the past 6 months.. Should be ontop of the building by now.. Erika was the last person thst escalted the problem and for 3 weeks we waiting for an snswer... Antoinette was also promising to get back to.us.. Again NOTHING.. Worse mistake was to let these people handle my clearance
