Debt Rescue turns into drowning

After great reviews for this company, I decided to make use of their service which turned out to be a great let down. Promises of helping you manage you debt...to the end. I worked really hard to pay my debt off as fast as possible but the last couple of months they only paid R1.20 and R1.70 to my accounts although the outstanding balances were all under R10.00 but still took their R57.00 admin fee no problem dragging out the process as long as possible. Finally got my clearance certificate in August 2017 and surprise surprise according to TransUnion I'm still under debt review because not all my accounts reflect on my clearance certificate although they were all part of my debt rescue account. So once again I had the privilege of phoning Debt Rescues office to try and rectify this problem only to be met with attitude. Heaven forbid... a admin clerk must actually do some work... After waiting for months to be cleared off debt review I'm told that YEBO wait another 48 hours. I find it disgusting that customer service levels are so horrible. So 46 hours and 5 minutes to go let see if they can get this sorted this time around.
