Debt rescue -the worse decision that could be made
I have app**** for debt review the one day and then cancelled it immediately the next day. They have flagged me and refusing to remove it. I was told that it would be effective from the the first payment and then they will start the process. 2 years later I am still struggling to have it removed and also getting emails and calls regarding a balance that I owe them. They made it clear there would no charge after the cancellation.

04 Sept 2024, 09:57All I want is for the flag to removed and I have struggling with that like I said. Your staff has a bad attitude and by law the company should remove it. They give attitude as thonthe request was an inconvenience or added work. I just want it removed as soon as possible.
