DEBT RESCUE - TAKES MONEY AND DOESN'T SETTLE YOUR DEBT

Below is the review i wrote in AUGUST - today (04/11/2019) I received yet another call from the lawyers stating they have received NO payment from Debt rescue even after I was told that they had sorted this out. Now the lawyers are saying they are going to take action against me - EXACTLY WHAT IS DEBT RESCUES job?

I have just been called by lawyers saying that my FNB Gold Credit card has been handed over to them - This is now the second time in 5 years I have been contacted by two sets of lawyers stating that FNB has handed me over due to lack of payment - Yet every month my agreed amount is taken from my account by Debt Rescue - WHERE is the money going if you are not paying my accounts? I was told I would be done paying in 5 years but am no where near it because of your negligence.

This happened 3 years ago as well and after months of fighting with Debt rescue and trying to get hold of someone who was actually willing to assist - it was said it was sorted.

Now i am getting phone calls again.
