DEBT RESCUE STUFF UP!!

I have been struggling with Debt Rescue since 2020! To pay SBSA for arrears monies.

R226.66 was the last collection off my acc for Debt Rescue on 05.11.2021

I have requested myself numerous time for them to forward the POP to SBSA, in order for them and myself to receive the paid up letter for acc ***6117. This morning 30.11.2021 at 02h24 I have received an sms from SBSA R4508.77 Paid to acc 6117. Balance -R5901.33. I called Debt Rescue 30.11.2021 at 09h54 to confirm status on ***6117 and spoke to a lady called Doris. Just to be told that last communication was 24.11.2021 with SBSA.

I then requested Doris to follow up with SBSA what is happening. Doris advised she will ask the person who is handling my acc to follow up with myself and SBSA. Moments later at 10h00 I received an sms telling me that on Friday 03.12.2021 an debit order of R5750.53 will be collected from my acc. When is this going to be resolved???

***!! After I was told by Debt Rescue that I will not have to pay SBSA a cent, that Debt Rescue is countable for this and they will forward the proof of payment to SBSA then will receive the paid up letter...............? I AM NOT HAPPY with the service, NOT HAPPY WITH ALL THE STRESS I MUST GO THROUGH. I am FRUSTRATED DISGUSTED AND VERY VERY UPSET!!!!!
