Debt Rescue ***** money

<div>This was the worst idea of my life to join Debt Rescue.

In the beginning everything was fine and all seemed in order, but close to the end of my contract i realised that Debt rescue never paid my installments and I overpaid them with R27 000.00.

I have sent through complaints I have sent through a recon. But there is just no assistance, they say they will onvestigate and that is it. Today my ctedit is damaged and they are stillnot willing to fix it.

Ontop of that I have heard so many people complaining about Debt Rescue not doing their job.

I am conciddering legal action as I have all the statements, proof of payments from my side and the reconciliation.

I willnot recomend them to anyone and will strongly advise against them</div>

5 Stars to Memory Oosthuizen who contacted me immediately and did het best to resolve my issues. She kept me posted almost every day. But ever since she hand it over to Customer Service I am back at square one!!

Now I am probably going to wait another 3 years for this to be resolved and my name to be cleared because of their error.

This is ridiculous. I dont know why 1 person has to be treated like this. If it wad their money they would be so quick to take action against you!!

So to my surprise today the manager Belinda phones me and informes me that it was not their fault. And that they will not know how much I still owe my creditors during the process... that the fluctuation in interest is out of their hands.

But is it not their job to manage your bebt? So I had a look at the court order and it stated that there was agreed upon a fixed interest rate. So the court order wad not adhered to!

I am still waiting for an answer.

To my suprise i also found out that my friend parents almost had their car repossessed because they had the same issue as I am having. But then it was braught to light that the court order was not valid and they couldn't take the car..

I will most definitelybe investigating this.

They do not care about you and your debt as long as they make money.

I will be taking this further as they try and intimidatr their clients, with 10 different people phoning you but none of them no whats going on and no one's story matches.

So I have now requested the assistance of my creditors and we have picked up some alarming things. However when I now reqursted answers Bianca is ignoring me. I overpaid in legal fees and contributions were made but never allocated to any of my creditors and this is according to Debt rescue / Hyphen PDA statements that was sent to me!!!
