Debt Rescue South Africa what a let down!

I have been with Debt Rescue since 2016. Initially they were great but they now more of a post office that does not respond. I have mailed them frequently with concerns and if they respond they do not answer my questions. Supposedly they are meant to be updating balances regularly to prevent over payment. That is not happening as they have overpaid at least 3 of my accounts one of which is Edgars only about R107 but would have continued had I not informed them and obv Edgars will not refund that. The same goes for my ABSA cheque account, revolving balance. I had to inform Debt rescue that the overdraft was done with as for 3 months they continued paying it. The months of Feb 21 and March 21 my ABSA credit card charged the incorrect interest. I informed debt rescue as the interest is normally from R32 to R36 and this was for over R400 pm. I asked Debt rescue to rectify that and to this date they have not responded to my mails. I have to check up all the time otherwise debt rescue would just continue paying accounts even when they are paid up. At this point I do not feel that debt rescue has my interest at heart. All I expect is that they pay over the correct amounts and monitor the balances, as is that not what they get their fee for, and it is not happening. My balances are incorrect and no matter how much I mail them they do NOT respond to the actual question. I may as well take over from here and pay my accounts myself. I feel totally let down and am so disappointed as I now have to monitor Debt rescue and not the other way round.
